Anne Soisson qualified as a lawyer in France, Luxemburg, and the United Kingdom, with a focus on European Union Law, and holds an MA in EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies from the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium. After working experiences at the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and the European Commission (in the cabinet of former Vice-President Viviane Reding), she joined the Permanent Representation of Luxembourg to the European Union and served as a political and legal attaché on migration affairs for 3 years. Since 2016, she has been working at UNESCO’s Intercultural Dialogue Section where she is in charge of the portfolio on intercultural competences within the framework of the UN International Decade for the Rapprochement of Cultures (2013–2022).
